- Phone screening – an initial telephone conversation when we talk about experience and mutual expectations.
- Competency and behavioural interviews– on-line or F2F interview where we focus on the competences and knowledge necessary for a given position. The conversation is very often conducted in the model of behavioural interview using the STAR method.
- Content-related/ language/psychometric tests – we adjust the tests depending on the project, taking into account the preferences and requirements of customers. We use our own and external tests.
- Case study
- Recommendations – at customers request, we check reference contacts.
- AC – under the supervision of an experienced assessors, we carry out projects that allow for an integrated assessment of candidates’ competences.
